Polar Shield accepts online orders through Clover secure checkout. Payment is collected when a customer completes the Clover payment page.

The sale price is $12.79, reflecting 20% off the regular $15.99 price. Shipping charges, applicable taxes, supported destinations and the final total are shown before payment is submitted.

If a paid order cannot ship within the timeframe shown at checkout, customers will be notified and given the option to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.

Available destinations, the shipping method, its price and an estimated delivery window are displayed during checkout before payment.

Orders are ready to ship. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after shipment. These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates, and carrier delays may occur. Tracking information will be emailed after the carrier accepts the package.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address. Address corrections should be sent to support@polarshieldprotection.com as soon as possible and cannot be guaranteed after an order enters fulfillment.

An unshipped order may be cancelled for a full refund by contacting support@polarshieldprotection.com. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order enters fulfillment.

Unopened and unused products may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. Customers should contact support before sending a return. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

For safety and quality-control reasons, opened or used chemical products are not returnable unless they are defective. Report damaged, leaking or incorrect orders within seven days of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Clover collects shipping and payment details to process purchases, deliver orders, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Polar Shield does not receive or store full card numbers.
